Grilled Lamb Chops & Brussel Sprouts
Clean and slice the brussel sprouts and add enough Grandma's Sicilian Sauce to coat.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Slice the rack of lamb into individual chops.
Place in a baggie and cover with just enough Grandma's Sicilian Sauce then add about 3 tablespoons of a good red wine.
Squeeze the air out of the baggie put in the fridge and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
All that’s left to do is grill and YUM!
